Dr Emmanuel obtained his first qualification in Medicine and surgery from the Premier University of Nigeria, University of Ibadan. He also completed a Diploma in Laboratory Science (with Distinction) from the prestigious Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, Nigeria.

He worked as a General Physician for two years in many private hospitals in Lagos and Ibadan, Nigeria before moving to Australia in October 2010.

Since then, Dr Emmanuel has completed a Higher Degree Research (MSc) in Respiratory Physiology and has been involved with teaching (delivery of lectures, conducting tutorials, practical classes, and clinical skill sessions) in the Bachelor of Medicine Program, Bachelor of Nursing Practice Program and Biomedical Science program.

Since arriving in Australia, Dr Emmanuel has worked in various hospital roles in Emergency Department, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, General Medicine and Psychiatry.

Apart from general holistic medical care, Dr Emmanuel’s interests are in understanding the neurobiology of Depression and the use of neuro-imaging in the investigation and treatment of mental health disorders.

Dr Stephan Lorenz is a Fellow of the Australian Royal College of General Practitioners. He has a special interest in prescribing medicinal cannabis for chronic health conditions. Stephan has a holistic approach to patient care and believes that medicinal cannabis can be an excellent treatment option for some patients. Stephan was born in Germany and has completed his tertiary education in the UK. He graduated from Leicester University Medical School in 2006. He lived in the UK for 20 years before moving to Brisbane in 2017.

David is an experienced General Practitioner with a special interest in the use of Medical Cannabis. He has been a Medical Practitioner for over 35 years and has been prescribing Medical Cannabis since 2020. He is an Authorised Prescriber of Medical Cannabis with a particular interest in prescribing for Anxiety/Depression and Chronic Pain using either flower with vaping, or oral drops.
