69 Service Street
Clunes, VIC 3370
** As of 1 August 2022 full payment is required on the day for all appointments**
Masks or face-coverings are still recommended in our practice – please bring your own if you have one. If you have any cold or flu symptoms, we prefer you book a telehealth (phone or video) appointment rather than come in. If you have symptoms and you do require a face-to-face appointment, we request you wear a mask and you will need to produce a negative RAT test. Please also note that the removal of COVID isolation rules is impacting our resources and we are needing to prioritise acutely unwell patients as well as care and advice for COVID patients. This may result in some delays and a shortage of routine and non-urgent appointments. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your support.
Professional statement
Dr Patterson began General Practice as a Registrar at Creswick and Clunes Medical Centres in 2003, having graduated from Flinders University in 1998. He is an example of how communities having registrar GPs can lead to permanent GPs.
Dr Patterson is now a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has a Fellowship in Advanced Rural General Practice.
Richard is busy with three energetic boys and has an intense tomato growing competition each year with his family; he would welcome any secrets on how to win this. He looks forward to being a part of the CRoCs Murray to Moyne team each year.
