Dr Walid grew up in Manchester, UK, and graduated from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2018. Beginning his professional journey in Newcastle, he worked in a dental practice and contributed to the oral surgery, paediatric, and restorative departments of Newcastle Dental Hospital. An additional post in the demanding oral and maxillofacial department of the Royal Victoria Infirmary further honed his skills.

Returning to Manchester, Dr Walid received advanced training in restorative dentistry at Manchester Dental Hospital. Continuing his career in Stockport for the past two years, he has consolidated his general dental expertise. In 2019, Walid achieved postgraduate qualifications from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (MFDS). With a strong interest in restorative dentistry and a passion for working with anxious patients, Dr Walid actively engages in continuing professional development to stay abreast of the latest advances in the field.

Outside of dentistry, he stays active by going to the gym, playing tennis and football, and hiking in the countryside. A keen traveller, Dr Walid looks forward to exploring the cities and landscapes of Australia.
