    Flu vaccinations open to staff, students, family members and members of the community. COVID vaccine available as well (limited stock) - call to book

    Location : Main Foyer of CG Building, follow signage

    FREE flu vaccines for students and staff of Swinburne University while stocks last.

    The cost of consulting with the GP is bulk-billed to Medicare, or direct-billed to Medibank, AHM and Allianz. Please be aware that all other OSHC/OVHC will require an on the day payment for the GP.

    Vaccine cost $21 for non-staff and non-students.

    Please note: Only accepting payments via EFTPOS, not accepting any cash payments.

    If you are unwell, please do not attend your appointment, cancel online or phone 9214 8483.

    A booking is required for each family member wishing to have a flu vaccine. Please do not bring multiple patients for one booking as we will not be able to accommodate them. Thanks for your understanding.

    Kostas is a Social Worker and Mental Health professional with long and extensive experience in supporting young people, adults and the elderly.

    Kostas has worked in the community, government and health sectors, and also in Education at Swinburne and Flinders University of SA. He has worked in Adelaide, Melbourne and regional Victoria and more recently in the UK in London.

    Kostas is passionate about mental health and wellbeing and endeavours to provide a warm, compassioned, welcoming, therapeutic space for students to engage with counselling so that they have a positive therapeutic experience.

    His counselling style is gentle, warm, reflective and collaborative. He treats each person as an individual and endeavours to understand the unique to the person, life-related circumstances impacting their mental health.

Counselling and Registered Nurse appointments are now available at Swinburne University Croydon Campus. Please refer to practitioner list below for campus locations and availabilities.

Counselling services are only available for current Swinburne students. Staff members seeking mental health support should consult with their GP or utilise the free EAP service 'Sonder'. Please call our main reception line on 03 9214 8483 for more information.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, have been a close contact of a positive case or are in self isolation, please DO NOT attend your appointment.

Swinburne University Health Service offers comprehensive medical services, including general practitioners, physiotherapy, travel medicine and vaccinations, and a sexual health clinic to the Swinburne Community, located at the Hawthorn Campus.
