Professional statement
Brandon completed his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2019 and has been working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist ever since.
With over five years of experience in coaching and clinical exercise prescription, Brandon has specialised in injury and pain rehabilitation. His extensive knowledge and evidence-based approach have helped countless clients—ranging from injured athletes striving to return to peak performance to individuals managing chronic health conditions looking to enhance their longevity and quality of life.
Brandon strongly believes in the mantra "Connect, Empower, Perform", which forms the foundation of his practice. By building strong therapeutic relationships, he develops a deeper understanding of each client, fostering trust and collaboration to guide them on their journey towards becoming the best version of themselves—stronger, healthier, and happier.
In his spare time, Brandon stays active, practising what he preaches—whether it's training in the gym, running along the beach, or playing basketball. When he's not engaged in physical activity, he enjoys spending time in nature or pursuing self-development to learn new skills and challenge himself.
