Dr Catrina Lee is a medical graduate of Griffith University (BSc UQ and MBBS Griffith). She has worked in many hospitals in Queensland, including the Royal Brisbane and Women Hospital, Nambour Hospital, Queen Elizabeth II Hospital and Ipswich Hospital. She has also worked in New Zealand. Her medical experience includes General Medicine, Intensive Care Unit medicine (specialty dealing with very sick patients), Anaesthetics, Emergency Medicine and Paediatrics (speciality dealing with children). Dr Catrina Lee especially enjoys working with kids and she has been awarded a Diploma in Child Health (DCH). In her spare time, she enjoys her down time with family and friends and exploring the outdoors, such as hiking, scuba, and snowboarding.

Annabel Johnston is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with a specialisation in Gut Health, Diabetes, and a focus on managing Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Coeliac Disease, and disordered eating. Her academic journey commenced at La Trobe University in Melbourne, where she obtained her Master of Dietetic Practice. Annabel expanded her knowledge base with a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Studies from James Cook University and specialised IBS management training from Monash University.

Annabel's expertise is evident through her work in private practice and community health settings across Queensland. She is committed to enhancing individual well-being by offering comprehensive nutrition assessments and creating individualised management plans. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based research, aiming to empower her clients to embrace sustainable nutritional changes that foster both physical and mental health.

Beyond her direct client interactions, Annabel's influence extends to the broader community and industry. She captivates corporate audiences with her engaging nutrition presentations, contributes to the field with well-researched nutrition articles, and provides specialised consultancy to industry leaders in gut health products, driving innovation and quality in the sector.
