All New Patient including children to the practice are privately billed for their first initial consultation, subsequent consultations will be Bulkbilled for patient with valid concession , pension and DVA Gold card holders during the week. We are a mixed billing practice Monday - Friday and all patients are privately billed on Weekends and Public Holidays. Payment is required on the day of consultation. Patients are required to cancel their appointment 2 hours before scheduled time, failure to do this attracts fee which will be required before subsequent consultation with the doctor.

Missed Appointment - Did Not Attend You are required to cancel your appointment 2 hours before the schedule appointment, a missed appointment fee will be send to you if you fail to cancel your appointment 2 hours before the scheduled time.

Dr John Afolabi

Dr. John Afolabi has worked as a GP since 1990 bringing over 28 years of experience to the practice. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of GP, He is interested in all aspect of General Practice, with special interest in Minor Surgeries such as Implanon insertion and removal, skin excision, Ingrown toe nail.

Dr Naeem Shoukat

General Practitioner, Male

Dr Naeem Shoukat Private bills on Weekend and Public Holidays. Dr Shoukat graduated in 2001 and went on to work several years of hospital medicine. Before moving to Australia in 2017, he worked in different hospital specialties in UK and Ireland including emergency medicine, respiratory medicine, oncology and general medicine. He completed his GP training in Scotland. During training he worked in pediatrics, obs and gyn, trauma and orthopedics, general medicine, acute medicine, gastroenterology, respiratory medicine and medicine of elderly. He is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners UK and fellow of the Royal Australian College of the General Practitioners. He is also a member of Australian College of Aesthetic Medicine.

He has experience in all aspects of general practice including men's health, chronic disease management, preventative health and child health.

He has special interest in minor surgery and trained in skin cancer surgery. He is also trained in insertion and removal of implanon, toe nail resection etc.

He enjoys the variety of patients he gets to meet in general practice.

He is delighted to be living and working in Australia.

Outside of work he enjoys cycling, bush walking and lately developed interest in flying.

Billing Policy

We are a mixed billing practice Mon - Fri. DVA Gold card holder, pension card / health care card holder, children under 16 years old will be eligible for Bulk billing. All patients are privately billed on weekends and public holiday Payment of accounts is required on the day of consultation, your Medicare rebate will be processed during payment and it will be back in your account within 24 hours.
