About us
Warrnambool Urgent Care Clinic or Warrnambool UCC, is primarily a walk-in urgent care clinic, we run our clinic similar to the Emergency Department in that we work on a triaging basis similar to the Australasian Triage Scale. We have recently changed to taking appointments in the afternoon periods but please remember if someone with a more urgent need walks in after you have arrived for your appointment time they will be seen first as per our policy guidelines. Please read the criteria guidelines below and present them to our clinic if appropriate.
We are no longer a respiratory clinic, so if you have tested positive to COVID-19, please utilize you regular GP services with a telehealth consult or visit the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department, VVED at www.vved.org,au.
The Warrnambool UCC is an urgent care clinic and we provide free medical treatment for injuries and illnesses. We are not a GP service. If you require a normal GP consultation please contact your regular family doctor.
