We are a private billing practice, with fees payable at the time of consultation. Children 15 and under and concession card holders may be billed at a concession rate. Current patients must have been seen in person within the last 12 months to access telehealth (video or phone), and new patients must be seen in person at the practice at least once before being able to access telehealth (phone or video) appointments. Telehealth (phone or video) appointments are billed at the same rate as in person appointments. All Saturday appointments are billed at full private rates (no concession rates or bulk billing) with an extra $10 weekend fee added to all consultations.
