MIXED BILLING PRACTICE

Bulk Billing will only apply if you meet the following criteria - 1. 15 years or younger 2. Hold a pension/concession card 3. Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander 4. DVA Gold Card Holders 5. Care Plans, Health Assessments & some procedures will still be bulk billed for all patients

Consult Fees as below -

1. Standard Consult - $83.00 (Medicare Rebate - $42.85)
2. Long Consult - $134.00 (Medicare Rebate - $82.90)
3. Extended Consult $188.00 (Medicare Rebate - $122.15) After Hours fees are payable before 8.00am Weekdays and after 1.00pm Saturdays Please give a minimum of 1 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment otherwise a fee is payable.
